How do you ship?
We ship our products worldwide and all packages are shipped very discreet.
– Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.

– Shipments are sent from various addresses within the UNITED STATES and different European countries. How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges for most products with the except of disposable vape pens and dabbing rigs. If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we only issue refunds in the form of points.

Yes, If you want to edit or add to your order, you’ll need to create a new order with us. We will then go ahead and cancel the old order (if it is has not been paid for already). Email us at info@topkushsuppliers.com with your order number that you want cancelled.

Track your order using the tracking code which we are going to provide to us after you order checking if your order is correct and after we take your package to the delivery agency you will track using the Order Tracker provided with your order details by email. If this doesn’t give you the information you’re looking for, please use our contact form to get in touch with us.

If you haven’t heard back from us, please check your spam folder. If you’ve emailed us more than twice without a reply, please email us one more time using a different email account. It depends on the delivery option you have selected. We provide various shipping options to facilitate you to the maximum. We ensure that you will get your package as soon as possible by using express shipping all across US/Canada. You can also get free shipping for the following:

Spend $120 and Expedited is free (valued at $15)

Spend $149 and Express is free (valued at $25)

Spend $199 and Priority is free (valued at $40)

If we receive your order and payment by 9AM PST (1PM EST), your order will be shipped the same business day.

If your order and payment is received after 10AM PST (1PM EST), your order will be shipped the following business day.

If you do not receive your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know, and we will file a trace with the delivery service.

The delivery agency will conduct an investigation which takes 5 business days to complete. If they locate the package, it’ll be sent to you within a few business days. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable,” we will send you a replacement package free of charge.

We do not offer refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues or incomplete addresses, since we are not responsible for Delivery service.

There are 2 likely scenarios:

1. The postal worker placed it in the wrong mailbox.

2. Often the postal worker will scan all the packages as “successfully delivered” in the morning and then will spend the day delivering all the packages.

If you do not receive your package after 2 days of receiving the “successfully delivered” notification, let us know, and we will file a trace investigation with Post. This investigation takes about 5 business days. If they locate the package, it will be sent to you within a few business days, if it is deemed “unrecoverable,” we will replace it for you free of charge (up to $200).

The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked:

with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf;

their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key;

around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home.

In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”

All orders over $500 will be sent with Signature Required.

All other orders that prefer not to have this option, please leave a note with your order saying “No Signature Required”.

If you’re tracking your package on the Post office website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at the Post Office. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

We will email you your tracking number before it has been scanned at the Post office. If your package has yet to be scanned (due to it being a weekend/holiday), your tracking number will not be traceable on the Post Office website.

Please wait until the end of the day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email “support@topkushsuppliers.com” and we will look into it.

If we deposit your payment by our 9 am (PST) cut off time, your order will be shipped the same business day. If we deposit your payment after 9 am (PST), your order will be shipped the next business day. Once the payment is sent, it may take a few hours for us to receive and then

deposit the payment (during business hours). If payment is sent during non-business hours, we will accept your payment the following business day. The original structure to indicate quality is using different sequences of “A”s. The more A’s, the higher the quality. AAAA (also known as quads) are usually known to be the highest quality.

A –
quality: bush/very low

AA – also known as: dubs, double A
quality: low

AAA – also known as: trips, triple A
Quality: good/high

Note: we have “high trips” and “low trips.” This is where most of the dispensaries begin mislabelling their cannabis.

AAAA – also known as: quads
Quality: high/highest

Note: again, we have “high quads” and “low quads.” This is where more mislabelling happens.

With that being said, everyone ends up labelling quality based on their own in-house quality. If most of their shelves are at the “trips” (AAA) level, then they’ll end up labelling their lower trips as AA or high trip AAA and labelling their high trips (AAA) as quads (AAAA). Hence, making it difficult for the consumer to know the real quality of product from a store until they’ve purchased from multiple online dispensaries to really compare.

Another thing to consider is cannabis quality is increasing every single year, if not every season.
